Bentley's Search for a New President Continues

The search for Bentley's 9th President is in full swing. Following the departure of Alison Davis-Blake over the summer, Bentley has been looking for a permanent successor. The Board of Trustees announced a search committee comprised of students, faculty, staff, alumni, and trustees who will be responsible for representing the Bentley community in the decision-making process.

The rest of the Bentley community also had an opportunity to have their voice heard in the beginning of the presidential search, through a pair of listening sessions held in late September. While Bentley had initially planned to hire an interim president to bridge the gap between Davis-Blake's departure and her eventual successor, this proved difficult to do during the pandemic. Instead, Paul Condrin, the Chair of the Board of Trustees and a Bentley Alumnus, has been serving as the Acting President and will continue to do so until Bentley's 9th President is officially elected.
